The mirrors are glued to a plastic mount, the mount is then either manually movable(ball and cup) or mounted on electric swivel.
The plastic mount can also be heated.
Finding blue tint mirrors the exact size to replace your mirrors would be.................well challenging, lol.
You would break the current mirrors to remove them from the plastic mount then re-glue the new mirror in it's place.
Best bet although not the best result would be to use a tinting material.
Glass tints are meant to be looked through once, with a mirror you are looking through tint material TWICE, this can make the reflected image grainy.
It isn't awful just not crystal clear like a factory tint.
