Squeaky truck

My 99 4 x 4 Ranger is really squeaky, kinda drives me nuts when going slow with the windows down. Since apparently you can't do a lube job on it because it has the "lube for life" parts. Should I just get the can of WD-40 out and start spraying it down?
Any help is appreciated.

You can, but I would use silicone, WD40 drys out too fast.
