120-124" wheelbase is too long IMO, unless your running 54's or a 4 seater or something.

I generally shoot for a 110-112 wheelbase. Too much more and you'll have a worse breakover angle and drag the belly everywhere.
different strokes different folks
i havent had an issue yet im already at 117 and pretty much all i wheel is at the hammers

both

Started drawing up the lower link mounts/crossmember today. Should finish tomorrow and get it cut out the next day.

I'll be running 7/8 uppers and 1.25 lowers.

Nice. I'm currently teaching Jen how to ride on the '93 cbr 600 f2, and I'm waiting on the cold *** weather to go away to start riding the '05 cbr 1000 again.

I'm assuming you're talking about the rod end size when you talk about your lowers... and not tube diameter!

What size tubing will your links have?

It is, but I've had several dirt bikes and such. I don't know why people say that. I guess they think that everyone on bikes just goes out and tries to do stupid junk. However, I just ride it to and from work ( 2 miles ).

/end hijack.

The lowers will be 2" .25 wall, and the uppers 1.75" .25 wall.

Got the crossmember drawn up.

The holes are for through tubes. In the second pic you can see the lower link tab wraps around to the front of the crossmember and from there another tube will up up to the frame to support the mount further.

Actually I want to see it on your ride and how it may fit into mine, But that would save me a ton of time when I go to do mine.
