2002FX4's leaf-to-coil swap thread

Update once again.
Well the 'ban' at work has been removed, allowing personal projects on personal time (after-hours). However..
I've had the opportunity over the past couple months to re-think my strategy and planning/goals. Therefore this thread pretty much will end at this point as I've decided to put my available resources into other areas of the truck (still including the front suspension) rather than soley concentrate on the front suspension.
You can check out the various other threads as I start them. Be on the lookout for the following threads:
-- Re-vamped front suspension utilizing new set of Trail-Gear HD 5" front springs.
-- Transmission crossmember/t-case skid
-- Doubler install (this, along with the tranny x-member/t-case skid, are a few of the areas I've chosen to deal with); As my drivetrain remains for the most part stock, with the wheelin I do and how my rig is built, dealing with other parts of it rather than just focusing on the front suspension should benefit me on a much greater scale.
-- Hydro-assist steering
I also have a new axle at my house..

And yeah I'm going to move my shackle mounting points back abit, and mount 'em in the frame, right at the bottom.

Update!
My Ballistic packages arrived last week. I cleaned up the brackets/pieces and tacked 'em together. Then set up each 'side' with the coils on a mock axle tube (yes, unbelievably and remarkably, there was a 3" diameter tube in the scrap bin at work). The spacing between them is arbitrary, so don't ask/read into it..
^ Upper link frame mount. (I realize after uploading the pics the bracket is upside down from how it will be mounted).
^ Upper link frame mount.
^ Panhard axle and frame brackets.

By all my measurements, the coils would be pretty damn near straight. If needed, I would have modified the coil portion of the upper coil mount to suck it closer to the frame.
All of that is heresay though as I won't be doing this swap anytime soon.
