Today was a big day, removed my coil spacers, installed the 4" spindles, 2" aal, bilstein shocks, painted my frame, axle, leafs, control arm etc. Sits at a perfect height in my opinion, rides like a dream even with the aal plus i love the extra width the spindles gave
Next weekend will be spark plugs, brake pads, roof rails
No other up coming mods though, after Christmas I'd like to get a cb then 31's

I'm actually parked over the sewer grate there, on flat ground the truck sits fairly level, might add a 1.25 oem block(08+ models have them) but we'll see

Went off roading yesterday, one of my friends brought a nicer camera so we got lots of pics. Overall it was a fantastic day, everyone got stuck at least once and the weather was amazing for December!
I made it across the one frozen puddle but defiantly heard some cracking, sure enough the Dakota broke through and I ended up pulling him out, funny looking behind me only to see the *** end just drop down haha
The other mazda trying to go around, didn't work
Same with Riley
Tucking tire
Then a good wash up and quick shoot
Sits pretty level imo

Transmisson cooler line blew on my buddies Dakota so I got to tow it across town, defiantly not safe but we had to get it to his Grandpas shop and it was late, power was surprising fine but man if you thought starting on ice with a 2wd was bad wait to you have a that big turd behind you..
Also bought some cheap lights from Canadian tire, just 6". The plan is to get some 6.5" hella 500's also and have them across the grill/bumper and get brighter bulbs for all of them eventually
Then pictures :)
Going to be ordering the hellas in February as with a cb/3 foot whip and avs window visors

It was just a transmission line leak so its all back and running, surprised how decent it towed it though. Being a 4cylinder and all

Nice. Well yeah it's a rolling mass though. You yourself could push that thing haha. Still impressive on the slick road conditions though. When's a dude getting some new tires? Have you checked out the bfg AT KO2's? I'm digging the sidewall tread on them

Since my last update I replaced my battery and broke another sway bar link so i took the bar off
Colour matched my front bumper and grill. Took forever to grind off the bed liner but it was worth it, plan on doing my rear bumper in summer and redoing my rockers with better bedliner
Besides the painting I'm really hoping to get some 1.5" hubcentric spacers for the rear and 1-1.5" blocks to pump up the back. You guys also really got me thinking about 32's... Not entirely sure which ones but I'm looking at the new Cooper stt pros but being more of a mud tire I'm a little scared about ice performance, could just go with the ko2s but time will tell

Got new 31" Dick Cepek Fun Country tires put on, looks so much better to me. They defiantly are noisy compared to the bfgs but I already gave them a try in a mud pit and they did absolutely amazing. My friend with 32" bfg at and a limited slip struggled a lot more then me with an open diff.
I'm not sure if its just me but they look hella wide, kinda cool but they defiantly stick out up front a lot!
Excuse the rusty front bumper..gotta fix that again this spring with better quality paint
These came in :) 2 sets, eventually hids will be installed in them
I defiantly want to do some 1.5" rear wheel spacers to match up front and 1.5" blocks, the rear sagged out and I can't take the level

Since my last update I replaced my oem leaking muffler with a Dynomax Super Turbo, overall I'm extremely happy with it, idling and causal driving sounds just about stock, once you hit 3k+ the tone gets much deeper with zero droning over my tire noise.
My Grandfather made me a mount for my firestik whip and using my old hitch receiver with a shackle I have a much safer/strong recovery point in the rear, at some point i need to make something for up front though
Just needs some paint
