havn't really done too much work to it over the winter area, i plan on when the weather gets better is to detail the interior, and find a new carpet kit for it, i just got new wheels for it today, they came off an early 70's porsche 914

future mods include cermacoated exhaust system, doing a new paint on it, and maybe bagging in the future]

i could do that, but trying to keep the air cooled fairly reliable, and the bigger you go, the more hotter it will run, and less reliable

ohh, but this is no bug, and it doesn;t have a typical VW motor in it, it has the heart of a porsche, and in the coming months, its getting more go fast goodies that cannot be discussed at this time, it is G14 classified

i have ordered a very big pivital part of what i am going for, ordered it last week, cost me a pretty damn penny, and gonna take about 6 weeks to get to me

what i ordered

found this little gem on ebay last weekend, luckily it was local, i made a deal with the guy, and got it for $20, from what i understand it is from the mid 50's, and i believe it, no false patina, no modern hi-tech insert, it is the real deal, and from what i have seen, worth a small fortune if restored

wheel combo has once again changed, as much as i loved the original porsche wheels, trying to find center caps has been very impossible, i found these yesterday for the same price as i had found the OG's for

Name: DSCN5198.jpg
Views: 80
Size: 183.9 KB

they came with the original center caps, but a couple of them have broken tabs, and various scratches, probally very soon i will put in an order for a set of these little gems
