I thought YJ's were inverted-Y steering, but then Luke (used to be around as shadyluke here but he has no internet right now) came by with the YJ he just lifted and it was inverted-T like my '79 F-150 donor truck (and my current setup). I guess I had that confused. I know some of the Jeeps were inverted-Y, but I'm not sure which anymore.

inverted T????

looks like crossover steering to me.

normally XJs, WJs and TJs? I think have the inverted Y, where the drag link goes to the knuckle and the tie rod connects to the drag link.

Zach, inverted T is a type of crossover steering... as opposed to the push-pull type of steering that fullsize chevys and toyotas used to have. with inverted T, the drag link connects to the tie rod and not to the steering knuckle.
