04 has live hubs.....if i remember thats best. No dealing with hopping out and locking em cause always good to go. Gas mileage be damned

I know thats why I'm swapping to the old style. I hate live axle. I don't mind getting out and locking them and if i know i'll need it, ill lock before i get in and drive. I just prefer the manual hubs

lol in winter i switch like..10 times between 2wd and 4wd when I'm driving down the highway so manual hubs aren't really my thing i guess.

cause i gotta deal with the noobs while I'm trying to go 60 down a highway lol

20 over rear factory tint. dark enough for me, Id still like to be able to see out the rear windows at night. At my local autozone, a girl that works there is a huge bitch and was telling me I can't go darker than 35% on the rear windows yet they come 15% stock lmao shes an idiot

I think the fronts were way easier. maybe because the space in the back of the cab is so confined.

Yea, even with the seats all the way forward, unless your a midget, your too tall to do anything back there.

I'm not saying i can't do it. It just not desiriable.

I'm gonna tint my drivers and passenger window today.
By that, i mean. I'm pulling the windows out, tinting them, then putting them back in.

But i don't like that goofy looking line at the top of the window, you know. where the tint stops because the window was rolled up when you did it.

thats why you roll it down a little before laying the tint on. the line is tiny. only real way to not have a line is to have the glass itself tinted not using film lol

this is from the green one. E4 is the same

I'll have to look at it a bit more then. So there isn't too bad of a line all the way around if you do it that way?

That's how mine looks too. It's not noticeable until you're looking for it

My tint is the same. Its not a big deal to me.

I actually put a big scratch in my tint the other day. Sucks. Ill have to re-do it.

Maybe when Pedro tints the windows on my Rabbit, then we can re-do the ranger.
