went on ebay searching for a cheap rollpan. I knew I would hack it up a bit so the fitment I wasn't worried about since I would be working on it anyhow. I bought one for $109 plus shipping from a store called truckmod, or sometyhing of that nature. The box turned out to be an FBI product. Terrible fitment as I expected. If you plan to roll pan your truck and weld it in without touching the pan, defiantly get a Gran Kustomz. Anyway, I was pondering for a while how I would do the exhaust on my truck and make it clean yet very cool and original at the same time. I have yet to see this design on a truck, let alone a Ranger.

When the pan came in I checked the fitment...crap as I expected.




After the inital line up and setting a few screws to hold it in place I went ahead and primed it and started work on the cutting.





After about an hour and a half with a hammer and dolly I got the fitment much better but still not exactly where I wanted it. But I thought I could do this later, time for the fun!

I cut two circles and lined them down the pan as you can tell. Here is what they will house if you haven't already guessed.





And finally, on the truck. I had to ziptie these suckers to the frame to see how exactly they would fit, so don't be alarmed by the bad fitment of the tips.

I was thinking cutting out the tow holes one on each side of the plate. That is what I have wanted to do for a long time!

Hell yes, cut some tow hook holes, mount some shackle hooks to the frame, roll the nasty edges inside and taper it off.. repaint, and blam.. lookin good! Can' wait to see what that dual pipes setup will look like! Are those 3" tips?
