Biltrites axle builds and eventual sas

Rear: Started off building a 96 Ford Explorer 8.8 with superior's super 88 kit, yukon 4.88r+p, aussie locker, lube locker gasket and solid diff cover
got the axle tubes, spring perches, truss, shock tabs, welded got every thing installed and threw some paint on it

FRONT: 78-79 ford bronco/f150 dana 44, with 5.13 r+p, spool, solid diff cover, rcv 30 spline shafts,
warren 30 spline lockout hubs with 300M lock out hub gear, going to be set up with highsteer, and coil overs

tore it down and got it pretty

bought some gussets and coil over shock tabs, had to adjust the gussets a little, new upper c gusset on the left adjusted upper c gusset one on the right

got some bad *** extended bent radius arms, they also have bushings inbetween the arm and axle mounts that will give you a little more flex,
these things are beefy

it works great but im going to have to take out the 4.88 and put in 5.13s Im also going to take out the aussie and put a selectable in

Are those the cage arms? Those are some nice radius arms.

yup cage arms, compared to the stock arms, one of these arms weighs more than two of them

I'm not selln my superlift lol. I can tell by his parts it's costing $$. I'd say in my opinion this swap is up there in quality with Zabeard's because he's using very nice high quality parts. Looks awesome.

I had no job this summer so I sold mine off my 08 to make my payment that month...haha now good luck finding another set...

Can't wait to see the finished product on this, what wheel/tire combo were you thinking of? (sorry if you said and i missed it)

pictures of the reid flat top knuckles, they are ford style, the only ones with a big enough opening to just slide the rcv shafts rite in
plus all the other outer stuff I already had was ford

will do, 37 inch pitbull rockers with the same style rims i have now but 5 on 5.5
