Yesterday sucked.

We swapped beds, my bed is now headed to Ottawa to get traded with a old red bed and some cash. the part that sucked was when the return line on the top of my fuel pump sheered off this morning...

so right now the truck is not drive-able, I am waiting to hear if it is covered by my warranty or i am buying a $400 pump.

im giving a friend my bed for his one with side damage and $100 cash. since im cutting off whats damaged, it puts me ahead of the game money wise for painting the bedsides. plus ill feel fine with chopping it apart. dont think i could do that to my stock bed... lol

Use a bronco 2 tank. They fit between the framerails and had what you would need to pass e test.

i would. one thing however, the truck is still under warranty, and i ordered bedsides with a fuel door.

for what its worth, ill just drop in a pump through warranty and call it a day.

in better news my palet has FINALLY been released by CN railroad. This means i get it monday!

i was hoping to come to work and see a 7ft long skid covered in epicness. today has been a letdown.

i will have literally zero testing time, i wanted these parts april 10th... i have to order shocks without cycling my leafs, i am not going to have the frame boxed in time for SL, ill have to do it when i get back. i will take plates with me so if i get a crack it can be patched.

other then a possible valving issue on the shocks, everything is here and looks great!

this number should be 60/40, so im curious if they had a stock set revalved. it seems to compress and extend pretty similar.

build starts tomorrow morning.

I'm guessing you got all that off the shelf?

It seems really fast to get that within a day

i ordered these parts in january, shipping had them delayed over a month. everything was built to order.

good news is the stamp on the shocks was the old valving, they just re-did a new set.
