So, the fenders found a ride to brantford with a friend of mine. Tomorrow is our 40+ ontario ranger club meet, and ill be picking them up then. Might have a few pictures tonight from florida, but there will be a ton sunday, as well as once fenders are on. Then flare the bed and drop in the wider axle im buying.

Lots very soon. Im kinda hoping that the cenders arent enough lift, as i have a goal in mind. Id like to run 35x12.5 baja tires. Like red labels. And id like glass front and back, with arched leafs and camburg 2.5 coils and 2.0 upgrade with fox resi. Maybe a bumper front and rear, and then id be exactly where i want.

Anyways, off to meet with a TRS member down here and swim with the dolphins.

Nice! I think 35's might be a stretch unless you get the camburg spindles

well looking at them, they use my stock snout pressed in, and my stock bearings. so why couldnt i press my stock snout into my lift spindles and use my stock bearing? if ya catch my drift. the 5.5 kit has never really made much sense to me, id be better off with a race hub full long travel kit.

also found out what my tax refund is... :) gonna order a few nice things with that because ive been very good with saving my money lately!

Got bored before work:

They need about 2-3 hours fine tuning, sanding and setting up (rubbing on the door whel they are in the correct spots) but over all very nice! the follow the curves perfectly.

I decided this morning to price out the parts i want. everything was in budget, till i got to my upper control arms. they went from 260 to 447 per pair... so scratch that idea!

i need some ideas on what to do up front. i want camburg coils and some 2.5 UCA's to get a bit more travel, but im at nearly a grand with those alone... money isnt the problem, well not 100%... id just rather have a full blown LT kit then a mid for 1/3rd the price. i dont wanna do this again, and i dont wanna regret what i get. is like 10"+ travel up front and about 12-15 travel out back. i currently have 12" shocks out back already.

out back im going to cut up my ranger leafs and make a nice long travel pack with the chev 64's. i think i can make something smooth riding yet stable and that will handle a decent amount of travel. Ill then get straps and limit it once i know how much travel i can get. i wont worry too much about bump stops at this time, i have no plans to max it out. I'd liek to remove my overload leaf, would that be ok?

The upper ca's have proven to add no travel at all, just strength. Problem with going full LT is you will need to get yourself 6" front fenders.. IMO get the upper control arms, shock hoop and some 2.5" radflo coilovers up front and you will be plenty happy in the long run

yea then i may as well get the camburg 2.5 coils, UCA's, the 2.0 camburg kit and some 2.5x8 radflo resi's and a gusset kit.

and id be looking at like $1500 shipped.

i dont have room behind the control arm for a coilover setup, it would have to go through the frame. i SHOULD just pony up for the 5.5 camburg kit, i know i wont regret that. wish i could find a used kit. trying to save my money, and my wishlist is 3x the size of my bank LOL
