Looks damn good Zach. Curious to see what your doing to do with the front bumper now... as I'm assuming that's not the finished product. Either way... nicely done.
SWEET!!! Action shot of the door opening! Zach looks photoshopped in there looks like the door is going into his head. I am going to call BS on the whole project!
That 60 and how the new frame sits looks way better, adds the beef. so what kinda up travel did you end up gaining? 8"+ or so? Looks nice and roomy now
it only has about 5" i may lower it more for only 3-4. i dont need a bunch of up travel. Remember D60s and 5.4Ls are freaking huge! that 5" number is not on the hub but just if you were to drop the truck on the axle. who knows what the actual numbers are at this point.

That thing is a real monster Zach! Great job!
Could you put a different oil pan on the engine to get it to sit lower?
i mean you could do a dry sump but i dont want to pay for that. there is plenty of clearance overall.

vroom! lol
it is going to be a while before it runs, broken rods, needs a crank, bored, new rods, pistons, head work, etc...
btw, I am home now, so no more frame changes until it gets back up here. Nick is going to rebuild the engine and do all the wiring, then I will bring it home and finish all the tube work.
Nick will update the thread with new pictures from the engine rebuild.
