Merging 1994 & 95 Ranger

Recently I purchased a 1994 2.3L Ranger for $200. The owner said it didnt run at all and I was buying it for the body. Turns out it does run with a dead cylinder and two other cylinders with deteriorated seals. That being the case I plan on putting my 2.3L from my 1995 Ranger into the 1994. My '95 got in an accident a while back with a 2500. It tore down the driver side ruining the driver door, driver side of the bed, warping the passenger side of the bed, and took out the rear driver side wheel. The 2500 died shortly after due to lack of vital fluids from crushed organs.

So the bodies are pretty much the same, the engines are the same. My '95 has a differnt air intake setup but that should be easily swapped as well. I may swap over my 60/40 bench seat cause the bucket seets in the '94 are in worse condition. In all honesty it was a poor job for the bucket seats are only half bolted to the floor. The main difficulty I am looking at is with the dash and wiring harness. The instruments on the '94 are shot and the dash is horrible. The instruments and dash on my '95 are great. That being my greatest barrier this project shouldnt be too difficult.
