Yea, it's sure tight in there. I might remove the sway bar just so I can install the straps.

Non superlifted trucks hit the coils, it's pretty tight and don't get full extension of the shock

Those gussets should go to the frame, not helping a lot where they are. Looks good though. What's the plan for bumpstops? You gonna jump this thang?

seed makes a good point. there is no extra gussets going to the frame, your relying on the shock mount to hold everything together. for sure reinforce that, or you might have a shock bucket come off.

Those were the gussets in the kit, they had to get trimmed to fit. I'm ordering bumpstops and I'll see if someone can weld before SL. I have no plans to jump this truck. I did this for ride only. If I was jumping it I would have man'd up for an LT kit.

measure out how long and wide the gussets need to extend, and ill cut some 3/16 up for them and we can buzz them in at the camp site.

hydro bumps? or just rubber

Those are the gussets that everyone buying the bracket kit is getting?

If so, they need to be warned about that, those gussets need to go to the frame

Was this gusset issue mentioned in other threads/posts? I read but have a feeling I missed that.
Yes Justin, those are what everyone is getting. They are obviously too short. Nate I'll measure later and let you know. I'm just getting poly ones. http://m.summitracing.com/parts/ens-9-9101g

Yes the provided gussets fit well, these were just welded in the wrong position. They should straddle te frame and shock tower.

Here's a pic of mine to give you a better idea.

Good to hear that the gussets are the right length, I fixed my post in the coilover bracket thread.

We can extend the gusset down into the frame. Easy enough to add more material.

As for the limit straps, I like this particular setup that KLC used. Looks like a good location to add the tab to the frame, and easy to adjust from the bottom of the control arm.

Flip the orientation. I bent my cleveres very quickly running mine like that. Put the clevis in a sleeve on the frame and the bracket on the a arm.
