Best way is to get the corner weights of the truck, and figure out your spring rates with that, and how much you want to compress before it holds the truck up. (16" shock, you want 50/50 travel, so you need it to compress 8")
Lower that down about a foot.

his is pretty tall right now but after removing the BL he will be ok.
idk how you guys get them so low sometimes, i would have 0 up travel and bottoming out all the time. :( i want mine 3-4 inches lower but i dont know how i could do that without really cutting up the front end. then add a D60 housing and a 5.4L there just wont be much room at all!
