Ok. So I've got a questions because I was thinking about this yesterday actually. Since you have coilovers for suspension, are the torsion bars removed?

Also what type of coilovers are those?

Clearance looks a LIIIIIIIITTLE tight between that coilover and your half-shaft... lol.

Phenomenal build Nick! Can't wait to see the finished result!

So I hate to be picky, but any chance we could get some more details about that coilover conversion up front?

Was it just simply remove the torsion bars, weld the tabs ons for the coilovers, mount the hoop on, and mount the coilover onto the stock control arms?

I'm guessing those are the stock control arms. Also, what did you use for Parts in terms on the coilover? What size spring did you end up choosing? 225 lb spring?

Lots of questions I know, but I'm really curious about it. Can't wait to see the test results on this once you are done. It should be pretty bad *** to see this thing in action.

Man between you and D... my road racing Ranger craving is going to get out of hand and I've barely even started on my SAS project...

last i knew he switched to a 650lb spring the front of rangers and the angle coil over is at makes the spring rate to be higher. still not sure if the 650s will be enough.

they are either a 10" or a 12" coil over nick can confirm.

stock control arms upper and lower.

i made the brackets for the lower arm and upper coil over mount, not all sure what he did to it after he got it. ill let Nick fill in the rest. I just supplied those parts. lol

Sorry it has taken so long for me to respond... I have been extremely busy. Single turbo setup, im keeping the supercharger for some ideas, the suspension parts beard made me were close, but I had to do some modifications to them and its not just a "weld it in" setup.

D, the transmission has been built by the best and im really not too concerned with the front diff at this point. I launched this thing in 4wd when i had my 31s on it, supercharged, and a few other things done to it... It wheel hopped pretty badly(yes all 4 tires) and i thought i was going to be eating wall, but it didnt seem to do much damage. Im not saying im going to be doing that often, but how hard is a front diff to come by????

Thank you all for the compliments and I hope to have more soon!!!

its funny... ill be sitting here looking around online at different performance packages and stuff for my truck, and then i'll tell myself, "save your money"

...then i look at this thread and wonder "would Nick want to work on an F150...and if so... how much money do i have" lol....
