look sweet, tube work is looking great. I'm curious to see what you end up doing for your new bumper

I think you should build some tube fenders front and rear.

Nice fab work.

are you planning on running more tube inside the fender or is that it?

I'm thinking some tube to protect the engine, but i guess that'll have to wait till after the 5.4

yeah i was going too, but i think i will wait on the 5.4. Then after the engine I will either change to an internal cage or leave it as is and cage in the engine/front half. might even change the whole front end to tube. idk yet I want more up travel so I can just lower the truck. I cant lower it though because of the frame and my upper link. I only have 4" of up travel as is now. id like to keep that 4" and lower it 3-4. lol if that is possible.

Let me just say that rubber body mounts suck. Worst to remove. They like to catch on fire as well. Who knew.

they are the BL blocks and rubber bushing all in 1. 3" 6061 t6 aluminum with a 17/32" hole.

lengths are 3-7/8" 4-1/4" and 4-7/8" then I made some 3/4" aluminum washers for the bottom side of the mount because ford put some big hole in it. Got some new grade 8 bolts in 1/2" instead of 12mm grade 5s.

Ok, so when you are done with this we'll do the same thing to mine. But without the SFA and I'll keep my 7.5 too.
