3-4 inches past the edge of the fender. I could probably live with it but the fenders limit my wheel travel right now. sticks out about as much as most of my lifted jeep friends.
need to get to work on fender plans asap but Im just happy to have the truck driving again!

6 of us in 5 rigs decided today would be a good day to attempt a trip through the forest service roads from the 410 via 7030 road to stampede pass on I 90. it took us some creative route finding and some back tracking but we were able to work I way through the off camber snow drifts and make the trip out to I90.
airing down at the bottom of 7030
heading up
looking out, there where no shortage of amazing views today
looking ahead where it started to get deep.
followed the wrong line here and quickly found out. aired the tires down a little lower from 12 to 8 psi and gave it a quick winch pull to get back on more level snow.
looking out from our south facing go around, the north slope road was impassable so we routed around an old FS road that was MUCH less traveled but passable and much more fun,at this point we were on top of the PCT
things got a little slick right at the crest of the ridge and we all slip down to these sumps and trees. I needed a little help to get thing strait again.
looking back toward kelly butte
another super slick side hill 2 in of fresh or so but super hard and icy under.
looking out, had to scout first to look for the best line
did I mention the views were not bad
stopped for lunch
my dog Lana doing her best to get a hamburger
Jim and I hiked up a ridge to get a better view
looking down at lunch spot
looking back toward kelly butte
ravens roost in the distance
lots of this!
was a great shake down run for my new suspension, I have some tuning to do but it worked and the improved ground clearance was great!
more pics and videos to come.

oh and the improved stability is fantastic. the truck feel so solid and grounded when off camber. it put me at ease compared to the old set up.

pretty well still figuring out where my tires are from the wider track. but the improved ground clearance was awesome. got a few new clunks and thunks to get used to but no issues. I need to open up my fenders asap to get some room to move my tires around.

made some good progress today, spring hangers are moved, bumper brackets rebuilt, 1 in BL installed on the cab so I can clear my engine brace, and got my bedsides pulled.
first part of my rewiring project
Tomorrow I will get the bed back on after I install my limit straps and weld on my rock sliders.
