because its green i call it the Green Monster..so this is a mod progress thread..
basically starting over because if the break-in

November 28th 2007 Installed Little Led Strips Behind the inside door handle these lights are controlled by the factory light switch so when parkinglights or headlights are on these are on

Nice!! However, they look like they maybe too bright for my tastes. I like it real dark in the cab at night. I wish there was someway to turn my stereo (alpine CDA-9883) display right off...

if they get to bright i can use the factory dimmer to dim these..

Interesting lights. What did you use for the "hot?" Power door lock mech.?

the switches on my truck are lit up so i used a meter to figure which one was the light lead and thats where i wired it up to

i have that head unit and it a peice of junk i bout it when it first cam out it was like $550.oo i like those lights on the door handles though

I don't normally like the LED's in the cab, after installing them on my own truck and loathing them, but that is very clever! I have people searching for my door handle all the time at night, and the same for me in their vehicles.

What Exterior Mods do you have planned?

I know the feeling, I flip my HU's face down if it gets to bad.

iam going to get hids in the projector hopefully they will be alot better than they are now...

the passenger side light got a little foggy because its 100% humidity here because its been raining for the last few days and very foggy outside allday....will have better pics without the fogged lenses in the daylight tomorrow
