Put my new springs on today. It rides a million times better and doesn't sit nearly as low. Its like a whole new car to me. Love it.

Yea its not tucking tire anymore now. Come to find out, the springs were just cut factory springs which explains why it rode like ****.

Interior shot after putting the dash back together:

And I changed my intake around so I figured I'd throw up a motor shot:

Looking good tyler. It'll be bitchin once it has some paint on it. Once the f150 is sold I'm going to be in the market for a mustang as a DD. The wife is getting the exploder for the most part. Not sure what I will get, but it'll probably be either a SN95 or a new edge(99-04) like my last GT.

Why does the front and back tire look off from each other? Like the camber is out or something IDK.

That picture makes the nose look loooong.

Cant wait to drive it lol.

Front tires stick further out than the rears. Track width is the same, but it's just how the body is. It's like that on all Mustangs.

Haven't updated this in a while. I picked up a set of LX bumpers a few weeks ago and was just about ready to starting getting things ready for paint when I had a head gasket blow out on me on my way to work. Luckily I was right in front of the shop and was able to coast it into the lot and ended up towing it home later that day. I made the decision to just tackle the job myself and learn something in the process.

Towing it home:

Tearing it down:

And as she sits now, bare block, and an oily mess:

Did you really need to take both heads off? Seems like some extra work if not.

Before those valve covers go back on you should either repaint them or sane the top down to bare aluminum. Like so that the letters and top of the fins are bare and all the valleys are black. Would look pretty good I think.

Kinda like this:

That's exactly how I had planned on doing them. I'm going to be sand blasting them this week. And yes I did have to pull both heads. Well...technically, no I didn't. But while I'm this far, I might as well pull them both and get the heads checked out.
