4 stitches...should heal up very nicely with a very light scar. doc did a good job....he was cool...but his nurse, i couldn't understand a darn word she was saying. lol.

Side note: We now have ALL parts for the swap....for a factory appearing swap.

 

Yup... Picked up the last $10 part today after going to like 5 junk yards! I still have one more part that I could use, but I have all the parts I need to swap it.

Hopefully we can start tomorrow about 6 or 7, depending on when Austy gets off.

Oh and my part that I ordered is in transit... Memphis, TN. MMMMMMMMMMMM

I thought there would be more parts than that for a manual swap. Can't wait to see if finished.

 

Swap has begun. interior is torn apart.....manual floor inspection cover is installed. dash pulled apart ready for swapping the pedal assy.

The REAL install should start in a couple hours.

 

Swap should start soon. Shane is brining over his compressor and some lights, I'm running to the store for beer for us... The one thing missing from that pic is my clutch kit I forgot to put in the pic!

Inspection cover, front floor plate and floor bezel is in. Shorty console is in. The pedals are ready to be removed easily. Tailhousing is going to be put on soon.

Before I leave again... Does anyone know if the tranny mounts are the same on the x-member? Shane and I were talking about it.

I'll be up late. That's for sure. Swap will be finished up tomorrow afternoon.

Oh and FX4 shifter ball gets here sometime early next week!
