1992 Ford Ranger - $$3900 obo

Category: Clean Title
Status: Domestic

I have a 1992 Ford Ranger for sale, in USA - Pennsylvania.

Mileage: 107,000 miles
Engine Size: 2.3L 4-cylinder

Asking price is $$3900 obo

Up for grabs is lifted 1992 Ford Ranger 5-speed, 4x4. Below I listed what I have done to the truck since I have bought it. The reason I wish to sell it is because I drive a lot between school and home and a lifted truck is not practical. All the items listed below have been done in the past 15k miles. Truck is inspected till June 2012.

Mileage: 107k
Engine: 4-cylinder

Engine:
Water pump with thermostat, thermostat housing
Timing belt with tensioner, crank position sensor, harmonic balancer, and timing cover.
New coil packs, spark plugs, and wires.
Heater hoses, and radiator hoses
Installed 4.0L V6 radiator for extra cooling(along with mechanical fan delete and installed 14" puller fan)
Installed A/C, it did not have A/C from factory but A/C functions per factory specs and blows 40F air out of the vents

Suspension/Brakes:
4" Rough Country Suspension lift. All suspension components have new grade 8 bolts.
New upper spring mounts. Common Ford rust area, but has been taken care off and have been coated with rust proof paint.
Metal brakes lines have been replaced.
To accommodate lift, Skyjacker stainless steel braided lines have been installed all the way around
New front brake calipers
New rear wheel cylinders, drums, brake shoes and all clips and springs
New front wheel bearings
Rear leaf spring bushings have been replaced with poly bushings and new rear shackles

Misc items:
5% tint on rear window, 30% on front two
Has Cragar V5 wheels
Dunlop Rover A/T tires with 7k miles on them
New trans fluid, transfer case fluid, and rear differential fluid
Has push bumper up front with two driving lights mounted to it.
Trailer hitch installed along with 7-pin connector mounted in the bumper
Autometer volt meter, and Autometer engine temp gauge mounted under the dash (visible to driver)

The bad:
Truck has rust on the wheel well archs on the bed, and the tailgate has some rust holes in it.
The rocker panel on the drivers side has some rust on it, it can be fixed but isn't causing any issues. The truck otherwise does not have a rotted frame, the frame is clean on this truck.

I am asking $3900 obo, don't be afraid to shoot me an offer. Please E-mail if you would like more pictures or any specific pictures.

Thanks. I poured a lot of money into this truck as I drove it 400 miles a week, but now I got something bigger for long distance travels and this just sits in the driveway. I also have bucket seats installed, and I have a subwoofer box as an armrest. I have all the wires pre-ran for an amp behind the seat.

Bump, someone make an offer. I will also include a sealed enclosure for a 10" woofer that goes between the seats. All wires ran for an amp that mounts behind the passenger seat. All you need is a headunit, and it is ready to go.

They're going with the truck, plus I do not have any wheels/tires to put on it if I were to sell the separately. I'll post up if anything changes and I decide to part it.

I will probably still have it in a month, not many people are looking to buy a vehicle right now unfortunately.

We can work that out. $2500 for the wheels and I'll throw the whole truck in there with them.

Man I really want this truck but after I sold my old 92 ranger I told myself I wouldn't get anything older than my 97.

I understand driving an older truck, that is why I spent a lot of time and money on maintenance so it is reliable.
