2005 CBR1000RR (AL)

Thinking about selling my CBR. Need to get a reliable car to drive everyday. All this rain and the coming winter are going to suck.

It has 10k, completely stock except for the fender eliminator. Only used mobil 1 full synthetic oil. Never been to a track, never been wheelied, never been wrecked.

I'd be looking to get 7500 for it, but I'm still not sure I want to sell it, because it's in perfect shape. I just really need another car.

Yup currently. Wife drives our '07 mustang gt every day. We did have an old accord that I sold and just never got another car to replace it. The bike gets 40 mpg, so I can't complain.

Not to threadjack, but I JUST saw an ebay seller (dealer) selling his new '07 CBR1000rr for $7k... including a lifetime engine warranty.

Your rr is better looking anyway... the new style just looks FUGLY.

The "new" style didn't come out until '08. '07 is still very similar to mine.

hmm... might be an '08 then.

As soon as the new style came out, I was Yamaha all the way. I don't like the new R1 styling, but it still looks better IMO than the 1000rr. Wanna trade bikes? I've got an '07 R6s. lol
