2002 Ford Ranger FX4 - $9,000
Category: Clean Title
Status: Domestic
I have a 2002 Ford Ranger FX4 for sale, in USA - Virginia.
Mileage: 85,000 miles
VIN: 1FTZR45E72PB43613
Engine Size: 4.0L V6
Asking price is $9,000
For Sale: 2002 Ranger FX4, 4.0L V6, Manual Transmission, 85,000 miles. Price is $9,000.
I bought the truck new. I love the truck, but the wife has been complaining about it for years! Anyway we are getting a new vehicle, so this one is up for grabs.
It is completely stock inside, except I put in a new head unit stereo (mp3/usb/bluetooth). And of course I have switched the tires. I think they are Goodyear Fortera triple tread.
At 45K Replaced Bad Slave Cyl./new clutch assembly/resurfaced flywheel, that's the only major repair so far. I just replaced the front rotors (oem grade) and pads (ceramic) about a month ago.
Shoot me a message on the forum if you are interested.

Come on, this is the perfect time for a Virginia Beach or Outer Banks vacation, and a cross country trip back to CO!

You still have that truck? I had an '02 Ranger... sold it and bought a new Tacoma a few months ago. Money is tight and I need to get out from under the payments. If I can get it sold soon, I'd be very serious about your truck. I know you can't hold it for me, but let me know how close you are to unloading it. Thanks.

Do you want info on my layaway policy? I was kidding when I started typing that, but actually we could probably work something out (notarized contract).
Somebody's got to have both the interest in the truck AND the money, right...?

Hey guys, truck is sold. I miss it already. My wife hated it b/c it made her carsick for some reason. But as she was driving behind me on the way to the bank to close the deal (and give me a ride back), she called and got nostalgic and asked me is I was sure we wanted to sell it! Unbelievable, the woman who hates having a bunch of extra things around (extra computer parts, cables, car parts, etc)! In any case it's gone... I had a used '98 base ranger for a year and a half and then this truck for 9 years. I'm gonna miss her.
