1993 Ford Ranger - $$4500

Category: Clean Title
Status: Domestic

I have a 1993 Ford Ranger for sale, in USA - West Virginia.

Mileage: 59306 miles
Engine Size: 3.0 V6

Asking price is $$4500

So I think it's time to sell my Ranger. 1993 4x4 Supercab XL 3.0 auto with quite a few extras. I bought this truck from my dad's chemical plant where it was used as a shop truck, explaining the ultra low miles (just now at 60k).

It has 31x10.50 BFG ATs with plenty of tread life on Cragar V-5 wheels, Explorer leather buckets, and shorty console, Alpine CD/USB deck, new Kenwood speakers in doors and cab, clear corners and headlights, tinted windows, Pro-comp light bar with 2 Hella 500s (not currently wired, but relay, fuse, etc is there, I just tore the wiring apart and haven't put it back together), LED bar under the tailgate and other things I'm sure I'm forgetting.

The interior isn't perfect, but is very clean for a nearly 20 year old truck. I had been meaning to replace the headliner but never got around to it. (as is the headliner looks fine) I have an amp and sub in currently, so depending on buyer that will stay or it will be wired for the sub and amp.

The exterior is in awesome shape for a 20 year old truck, I had the quarters fixed(it seems like these are magnets for getting hit on rangers) as well as a new door put on, and the flares and grill were painted. The paint isn't new car quality, but the truck really cleans up well. The only rust that I can see is a tiny tiny spot just at the rear fender flare on one side. I removed the spare tire bracket under the truck, and the spare is in the bed, I had planned to buy a fabtech spare carrier, but never got around to it.

I have a soft extang tonneau cover, a plastic toolbox with keys, and a topper(black with scratches) that can be included if buyer desires.

Motor- Two years ago t-stat failed, so replaced it, flushed cooling system and transmission. Ran like a champ until the radiator decided it had had enough. Had Ford dealer replace entire cooling system( radiator, water pump, timing,etc.. from a-z all that stuff was replaced) last April. Had the distributor replaced in October, also by Ford dealership. The combination of 3.0, 31s, and 3.73 gears with an AT mean that it isn't a speed demon on the interstate, but it does just fine.

Suspension- New wheel bearings, ball joints, shocks, shackles, etc... last Christmas.

This truck runs fine, and aside from the little hiccups that can be expected from a 20yr old truck, I love it. My dad and I have spent a lot of time working on this truck, and it's been a great experience. I had dreams of putting in a LSX motor, and double lifting when I got out of school, but time and real life have a way of changing things.

As far as price, I know it's worth what someone will pay for it, but I have spent a good amount of money on the truck, and won't give it away. This truck has gotten me through 3 winters, has done great in snow and ice, and done several trips to ski resorts. It's hauled loads of hardwood floors, metal shelves, canopys, mtn bikes, tables, people, and anything else I've asked it to, and has always done great. I regularly drive it three hours between home and school, and it has always been quite reliable. I bought this truck so that I wouldn't have to drive my lowered car in the winter, but I ended up liking and driving this truck more than the car.

Thanks for looking.

ignore the console in this pic, it has been replaced by a shorty console.

No. I'm not parting out, I'm selling a truck. There's no point in asking about any other parts, as I'm not selling them.
