that's not a bad price considering 1. it's a dealer and 2. pretty much 90% of the ones I've seen are for 10k and up. and it must have been in a fender bender or something because there's no way that's the stock bumper.

I don't want to jack the thread...but as far as the thunderbolts were done, they're stock trucks assembled, then they were sent to SLP (I think...) and whatever options you ordered got thrown on. There are three levels to the kits. Then they got sent to your dealer, etc.

i test drove a red one a 3 years ago but it had a 4.0 and the big ugly spoiler if i remmber right it had a body colored bumper and when i seen this one thats the first thing i thought its probley been bumped in the back or notice the ball on the bumper maybe one of the past owners was towing with it idk i just posted it up cuz you dont see them everyday
