FS 2006 FX4 - Michigan

Edit:

$17980

http://detroit.craigslist.org/cto/1115686358.html

Lost my job and we have a little one due to be born at the end of april.
I have no choice.. the ranger MUST GO.

It includes all mods listed on this web page.

If you a serious buyer.. I'm a serious seller. Call me.
At this time I won't part out the mods. If things get tighter I'll sell the mods.. but the price of truck won't come down.

It just rolled 50k miles this week. And I just changed all the driveline fluids with royal purple.

your getting a truck that's never been off road, not been abused, never smoked in, and only the best of care has been taken with it. I bought it new off the lot and have been **** about fluid changes, cleaning it, waxing, and GREAT care has been taken in tuning it.
I'll tune it for FREE to the one who buys it. As long as you own it and the license works.. free tunage at your beck and call!
The truck / x-cal 2 comes with the all the tunes I've written for it too. Including the towing tune with skip shift turned off.

Check out the web page and call me if your a serious buyer.

Regards,
Rich

WOW! That really sucks. You were one of the only members on this site that was knowledgeable about the in and outs of the Ranger's motor.

Thanks guys.

Work here in Michigan is just simply dried up. Where I work we are top notched guys. It's really the only reason we have gone as long as we have.
We are not completely out of business.. but there is simply no work out there.

I just gotta let the ranger go and protect the house and family car. Priorities.. ya know.

Rich

Spoke to my creditor. I can't come down on the price but, I can extend the time it's for sale in the current modded state.
I'm backing this truck with all my personal support for nitrous, tuning, maintainence, and any mods you might want to make down the road. Bring me the parts and I'll put them on for free.. and tune it accordingly.

I can't come down on the price.. but I'd be willing to deliver it 1000miles away and fly back home on my dime to help a buyer out. Especially for a R-F member.

Oh.. It'll have the new water pump put on, the rear bumper (and small dent) all repaired, and a fresh coat of wax before the sale.
The truck needs nothing at all. Comes with a full 15lb bottle of nitrous, fresh oil change, and will be fully detailed.

EDIT: I forgot to mention. It has new brakes front and rear. The fronts are Hawk SUV pads and I used the EXPENSIVE cryo-treated slotted rotors. (the stopping ability is awsome) and I did the rears two weeks ago with new pads and rebuild kit.
Also, the scanguage doesn't come with the truck. I need that for other cars.

Check out my web page linked at the top and give me a call if your interested.

Regards, Rich

Damn sorry to hear Rich, I always loved your truck. What are you gonna get? Are you selling any of the parts off your truck?

I'm gonna get.. out of debt.

I have two other vehicle I'm trying to sell too. Once they are all gone.. I'll probably try to find a clean 70-100k mile mustang GT. Just something to drive daily but still have some fun.

But for now.. I need to move this truck!

Anybody have any thoughts about it? Is the price too much?

Rich

with the amount of miles and it being an 06 its going to be hard to get 18, maybe 15k I can see but if someone is going to spend 18k they might as well get a brand new vehicle with 0 miles for a couple grand more even though it would be similar but not an fx4.

Hello Rich..sorry to hear about the job loss..I know what your going through...I lost my job in beginning of Jan. this year. all the work has dried up here in GA also. I'm doing all I can to hang on to my 06 Ford Focus I bought last year. As far as your price your asking for the Ranger....I think it is reasonable... Yea you can buy a new Ranger for acouple thousand dollars more with no miles but for the care you have for this truck..and the mods...I think it evens out. Good luck with the sale! Good luck with finding work!!

TTT

Things are not looking good on the job market... I'm considering a short sell. (accepting a low price and paying the difference out of my retirement account)

If anyone is seriously interested in my truck. PM me or call me. (number is on the web page linked at the top)

Regards,
Rich

Dang... I hate to see it go... Even though the economy is bad, with the extensive tuning work you did to the truck, it should be well worth, if not more than the KBB price. Advertise it as many places as you can. Good Luck

According to KBB, where I live and checking the options that it actually has.. the private party value is more than I'm asking! I'm basicly throwing in **all the mods** and tuning support for free.

If a guy can't spend that much? I know how it is... But, this is a very good deal for someone who can spend this much. It really is.

Regards,
Rich
