What does Bump mean ?

forgive me if im just being a moron but what does bump mean i read it in alot of threads if someone could let me in on the lingo that would be great im new to fords so i need all the help i can get thanks guys

it's usually used when someone is selling something or asking a question. It just brings the thread back to the top of a forum list so others will see it, or see it again.

And that looks like a rather.. busy.. road there with all those bumps in the road.. eesh, yeah, that curb on the right looks alot more pleasant to me :-)
