New Theme is now live.
Tons of members have expressed interest in a darker theme for the site, so that's exactly what we've been working on.
The new theme is now the default, but is by and large the same as the blue/white theme. All of the buttons and icons are designed to work with both themes interchangeably. Both themes will be supported in the future and with the exception of a few small visual details there should be virtually no difference between them other than the color, therefore if you prefer the blue/white theme then you are more than welcome to use it. It will have nothing more/less to offer than the new theme.
If you do not like this new theme we understand!
You have two options in this situation:
1. Change the layout selection at the bottom left of any page.
This option will change the theme to a non-default setting.
2. Quick Links> Edit Options> Forum Skin(at the very bottom)
This option will automatically change the theme to a non-default setting when you log in.
Quite a few hours have been put into this theme and getting it setup correctly and easy to read. That being said, there are still some loose ends to tie up. If you notice something that is not working correctly when it was working before....post it here.
If the new theme doesn't show up for you immediately then log out and log back in or clear your cache.
I'm really excited to break this news because I'm not very good at keeping secrets lol. I hope you guys will like it......

Well, yes we do. We are trying to take steps in the right direction by listening to what people want. We all know a certain somebody in the past didn't listen to what members wanted. Of course that alone isn't going to magically make the site more active. With some time maybe we can fix what's been ruined though.
BTW I've been running the new theme for a few days now and it's much easier on the eyes imo. I really like it lol.

Also if you guys notice there is more info in the upper right of each member's posts. If you update you're profile via Edit Your Details you'll notice these are now required fields. The purpose is to get some background info mostly for new members who pop in to ask questions but don't have a signature to tell us about their truck.

Interesting to have the username post banner thing across the top instead of the side. it
s certainly different. Nice to see something happening with the site, at least to just know someone still cares. I certainly haven't been helping traffic myself lately but hopefully it picks up again soon.

As Pedro said, you must be a site supporter to take advantage. Non-supporters have always been limited to a smaller avatar. I'd love to allow everyone to have the larger size but we've gotta have some special perks for people wanting to contribute.

If you feel it's worth it that's great, if not no problem. We are glad you're here either way.
What else is new right?!
