you resize a pic of your truck to 110x110 if you are a contributing member you can have 300x150

you got to get them hosted.. like if you upload them to cardomain, cick on the pic that you want to get bigger, right click on it, goto properties, then copy the link of the pic, then past them inside the pic things ([IMG] [/IMG])
