Got my CB Antenna bracket from Alon yesterday.. Only Took a week to ship from Cali to Onterrible and it looks great!! Here are a few shots for some of those who bought them:

Just got the Firestik K-4A Stud Mount and the K-1A Quick Disconnect today! Waiting for the Antenna and some nice weather to start the CB Mod lol

i got my alon mount years ago.. (maybe 3) and it is still holding up great!

I got my Alon mount this week. I won't be putting it on yet, but I can already see the build quality in it, and I know it will hold up to the abuse that it will be going through on my truck.

Got the Antenna in this morning and since its such a beautiful day i mounted it on the bracket:








No Coax cable yet.. gonna get it this weekend to finish it all up! And might i add with the Antenna on the bracket.. it doesn't move the bracket at all.. Very well built!

Looks great. Mine rusted so if yours does the same dont worry. Nothing a rattle can cant fix.

 

So I actually took a look at my mount a few days ago, and sadly, if I used the bolt for the tail gate straps, the bracket covers some of the tail light. Thanks to the gen 2's massive tail light.

Not sure if I would get in trouble for having it do that, so I am going to ask a LEO friend of mine about it. May end up having to drill a hole.

 

I received my bracket from Alon today! I REALLY appreciate it! For whatever reason, the first bracket never got to me and Alon, being the kick *** guy he is, sent me a 2nd one free of charge.
