I'd like to PUBLICLY thank Jusnes Modified for their excellent customer service.
I had a problem with my e-fan (controller was making it work backwards, it would turn on when cold, and off when hot) so I was IMMIDIATELY sent a new controller. No questions asked. Couldn't be better!!!

Yet Another Jusnes Modified Rep!!
I just wanted to post to let everyone that joins the forums here or looking to order parts for their ranger, there is no better place than Jusnes Modified.
I recently noticed a problem with my eFan turning on/off, so I posted a comment asking for help from the members here and within an hour Jusnes posted to let me know I had a bad controller and they would ship me a new one. That to me is outstanding customer service. No questions asked, except for my address :) I had a reply to my PM within minutes with a tracking number. I would buy from them in a heart beat and even if they are a few dollars more I wouldn't even think of ordering somewhere else. You are paying for what you want plus the best customer service around.

i just wanted to say thanks to them for getting me a new controller no questions asked. my controller was malfunctioning to say the least and they sent me a new one that arrived just in time. i started it today and smoke started come from under the hood and it was on fire. then i shut off the truck and took the key out and the fan was still running. the new controler works awesome its so much nicer than the first one thanks again guys

I wish I had your luck I've emailed him twice and been waiting for almost 2 months or better for an answer to the lift he has on his site. I can't buy from a site or person unless I can communicate. And yes there is a problem with the site when you try find out about shipping or what not.
