Im buddies with Jusnes (or so Id consider) and hes a real good guy. But like its been said he doesnt stock alot of the stuff he carries. When I got my borla muffler he got it from a dealer he hasnt used before and it took some time to get it but he was help full and updated me on any progress. Whens the last time you talk to them?

I have nothing but great experiences from jusnes...but
When I went to order exhaust for my atv, I wanted the hmf sport series. I checked to see if anyone had it in stock...no one had them in stock, dealer was on backorder for 6 months. I just went ahead and got something different, lesson learned for me!!!

If it was a back order item then it should have said that.....Because i talked him out of buying it from pick ups plus...who had it in stock, and he could have walked out with it that day.....i told him to wait and buy it from jusnes as he was cheaper.....
But to wait over a month to get a tuner? I would be more pissed than he is.... and if it doesnt come soon, i dont know what will happen...

Well i hope he gets on here and replys... because its rediculous....
I mean...if he is ordering them from a store, and they are jacking him around then he needs to stand up and get the money back to him...... if its on backorder, then he needs to give his money back to him....
Im not bashing jusnes...but others need to know that its takin over a month to get a tuner.....
I hope it gets resolved soon.....
Because his 5.4 is slow...

I agree w/ you rocky. All the sites I tried to order from said "backordered 6mos. or more". I got my tune files in 2 days...so he is doing all that stuff right!
It has to be just a miscommunication. It sucks, but it's business sometime. I'm 100% positive he will "take care" of you in some form!!! :)

How was it paid for? Just Cancel the order through the payment provider and let them know you are canceling your order.
to date, I haven't had a bad experience with JusnesModified, but there was talk of some personal stuff that was getting in the way of business and you shouldn't have to suffer because of that. whatever is going on is none of my business, but I have seen a few of these complaints now which is making me nervous about the order I placed yesterday.
It's been over a month, so sitting and waiting is not the thing to do anymore.

The case here was a big slip up with my vendor, it was shipped to a different person.
What I told your friend was, I would contact the other person and have them overnight it. That hasnt happened, and I'm sorry.
Every now and then, things take longer than even we can expect them to, if we know something is going to be on backorder, we always let a customer know. In this case, I didnt even know until weeks after the sale that the part had already shipped and went to the wrong person.
So at this point we are just going to have our supplier overnight another one today to him, and take a loss on the first one that was sent out incorrectly.

Well im not doubting your site, or how you do things..... I just dont want to get **** from him or my other friends, for telling him to order from you (tryin to help out a RF member) and end up getting the shaft....
I know things happen....but hopefully it will get resolved soon, and i hope your supplier gets thier share of complaining.....

just because it says overnight, doesnt mean its actually gonna be overnight, the only thing overnight is the shipping. unless your dealing with the vendor directly. comprende? as you see, Jusnes has came on here and told you what the deal was, it was a vendor screw up and that the problem has been resolved. just wait a few days, if it hasnt come, then repost saying "still not here".
