all i have to say is third time someone has a problem with this guy hes gone, strike 2 right now

and shipping stuff to canada does indeed suck, i had to fill out all sorts of **** to send some ebay speakers to quebec, and the stupid form was in french.

 

honestly, I had to ship a fricken lift kit to Canada, and it wasnt bad at all. Just a couple sheets to fill out and its on its way. You can print them off at home and fill them out before you go, just a heads up for next time.

also if you ship alot use an acount with fedex or ups, cheaper shipping and you can print out your own labels easy.

 

wow this was crazzzzzy reading right before bed. I have done a deal with trevor before and he was good at everything. i hope that everyone gets along and no one has to be banned for crap like this.

Alright. I'm getting a little annoyed about having to deal with this twice in a months time regarding the same person. Lots of excuses, not a lot of delivery, and lot BS we don't need here.

You received payment for this item on 5/14/09. You did not ship the item until 11 days later on 5/25/09 and did not communicate anything about a delay with the buyer. Then you couldn't provide a tracking number once you claimed it was shipped. The buyer opened a dispute with paypal, rightfully so, and you still more or less ignored him. In fact, you complained about a previous problem before you ever even addressed the real problem about this sale.

This is now twice you have created a conflict regarding buying or selling an item on R-F. This place prides itself on having few and far between conflicts compared to every other automotive forum out there. So I suggest that you carefully examine your consumer practices and make this the last time you name every appears at the center of a deal going south. Mods & Admins want nothing to do with mediating sales. So if this happens again, it will probably be the last time.

As far as I am concerned this has been settled. If you feel that banning me is the right thing to do then so be it. And as for you green giant you need to keep your mouth shut, comments like that just get more arguments started. This does not involve you at all.

As far as I'm concerned, I hope nobody ever buys from you again. Throughout this thread, you have repeatedly ignored the issues and gone off about other things. At the time you made that reply, nothing was settled at all and the best you can do is complain about another member's post. I was going to delete that member's reply but I think I'll leave it.

Should you chose to take part in a sale on this forum again (assuming anyone would be dumb enough to buy/sell from you), remember what generally happens on "strike 3".
