?????aftermarket headlights?????
Hey all, can anyone please tell me for the love of god, where I can order some aftermarket headlights from a TRUSTED site that ships to Canada? Most of these sites look shifty as hell and I am having a hard time finding a reliable site. What aftermarket sites does everyone use here? Thanks a bunch Rangers. BTW, looking for some nice projectors.

The eBay ones are notorious for fogging up as well so don't be mad if those fog too.

sure did 04blackedge.....Ive siliconed the hell out of my previous set, and they still fogged. I think i have tried it all to prevent the problem with little or no luck. looked on ebay and found a great deal on the headlights i was looking for. Crossing fingers the ones i ordered dont fog up bad. LOL, i just saw your post there buds after i ordered them. Wish me luck. Is it a 100% seal problem that causes the condensation build up or just crappy housing materials? Anyone know? Thanks.

If you already sealed the mess out of the headlight itself, check the bulb grommets and the connectors to make sure those are making a good seal with the headlight.
I wouldn't worry too much about the eBay lights, a lot of people have success for one. I would just put a quick bead of silicone around them just to eliminate that from happening.

I did mine never fogged or leaked. i used Black rtv in the groove where the lens goes into the back housing. heated it up then pressed really hard till it cured. then sealed the entire lip with clear windshield sealant.

Just off using my common sense I think the only 2 places that would cause condensation would be a bad seal on the headlight itself or a bad seal on the headlight bulb.
