So 2 weeks ago I order my KYB Monomax shocks and cam/caster bolt kits from Rockauto.com. I received everything by last Wednesday morning, just in time to put them in that day, get an alignment on Thurs and go to my buddys cabin early Friday morning. Well I start taking the front end apart and installing the shocks and bolts. Well I start doing the shock on the other side and notice all the hardware was missing, no bolts, nuts, bushings or those big funky washer looking things. I'm furious now as I can't have 3 new shocks and 1 old one and I have to have my truck in the shop bright and early to make sure I have my alignment done in time. So I call Rockauto and explain the situation to them. The gentleman calls me back within 15 mins of getting off the phone with him and tells me that KYB will overnight me the new hardware. He calls me the next morning with the tracking number, just to realize that it had already been delivered.
I say thats some A+ service, on both companies. I continue to look forward to buying items from Rockauto as they seem to always have the cheapest prices, fast shipping and great customer service. I even have my dad buying from them.
