So I ordered some rotors for my S14 from rock auto. It didn't specify the bolt pattern and the pictures wouldn't come up at time of ordering. Ordered them on Saturday the 21st, received them on Thursday the 26th. They sent me 4lug instead of 5lug. When I called this morning, I didn't even get an attitude. He called the vendor to make sure they didn't send me the wrong part. Then when he realized they didn't specify the bolt pattern, he not only refunded me, HE SAID I COULD KEEP THE ONES THEY SENT! Mind = blown... He just said he wants me to hold onto them for 2 weeks, then I can throw them away or whatever I want to do with them.
nice! i've never dealt with customer service but just by the prices they offer, they usually always get my business unless im in a rush and need something quick.
I have gotten most of my parts from them too. They always have the part I need and for a good price. Not like the local auto stores that even if u give them the part # and they still can't find the part or don't even kwow what u are talking about
