I got plug wires from them. I think it took about 2 weeks... other than being slow, I got a good deal, but I never called or inquired about it.

i had a problem with my shocks. i ordered all 4 at the same time and i got 2 from rancho and 2 from truck performance. the 2 from tp were used and i had to call and file a claim and wait for the new ones. so after 2 months of calling and talking to morons, package tracking and other bullsiht i got them. yeah 2 months. i have ordered from them before and never had this problem. and they r the cheapest so i will continue ordering from them

i finally got a hold of them. apparently they didnt have some of the pieces from the kit so they had to get them and its being sent out tomorrow and is not gonna get here till monday totally screwing my plans. im not really upset at the fact that they had to get the pieces for it but the fact that they didnt even send an email to say there would be a delay. but their prices are good so hopefully this wont happen again. thnks

heres my quandry with them: i placed my order with them for my spare tire carrier.. ON OCT.30TH. it is now DEC. 7. i received an e - mail last night saying they were awaiting final shipment from the fabtech manufacturer. (must be a lot of rangers with angled spare tire carriers out there) because i truly don't think it takes nearly a month and a half to build, ship and deliver. but, i'm really not upset. at least they've kept in touch with progress reports. funny, they didn't take long to get the money from my bank account though...

this is rediculous they told me they would ship it last thursday and have it to me by today well now they arent gonna send it until this thursday which blows because again i booked time at a shop to work on it because its to cold to do it outside and the shop has a lift. i ordered it a month ago and this is bull. i have to call 500 times because no one there knows anything. this is the last time i buy anything from them regardless of their prices
