Ok so today I just ordered my 3inch spindle lift from there website. But on there home page it says they must recieve all the info on your truck like( make model year etc) before they send it but when I ordered it, it never asked me for the info or gave a place to put it. So Im wondering if my order has been placed or not? Anyone know or dealt with them before? Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

 

if you go to there site, they have an email for help, i think it is something like info@supensionmax.com or something like that. I sent my information to that email, with a note asking them to forward it to who ever needs it, and 3 weeks later i got my spindles.

 

I cant find there email so do you think that is the right one?

 

the email i sent mine too was: INFO@SUSPENSIONMAX.COM Be shure to add a line saying to please forward it to who it may concern.

EDIT: And be shure to put ALL of the truck specs they ask for.

no prob. i sent them an email when i made my purchase about that whole process not being clear, but looks like they haven't done anything about it.

 

i called them and i got my spindle's in about 1 week.

 

Bought my spindles there also -- the main thing is to get the correct ones for Edge vs. XL or XLT. The Edge uses a different spindle than the other two.
