I recently had to buy a new Ranger and I wanted to order the 6 inch lift for a 2002 coil front suspension from SuspensionMax. I called to see if I could pick up the parts so I didn't have o pay for shipping. They told me they were waiting for the spindles, and to come back later that week on a friday.

Went back on Friday, they don't have the parts. He said come back next week on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and he said they don't have the upper control arms. I asked him when they would expect to get them. He said by the end of the week. He wanted me to put down a 300 deposit to make sure I'd buy it. Fine....gave him my card info and he said he'd call me on Friday......never called. and never charged me.

Called him Tuesday the following week and said nobody put in an order from me and I don't think he even remembered me. He said he could have the parts in by the end of the week. I told him to cancel the order.

I decided to just order it and pay shipping as long as I dont have to deal with him. I order the kit off their ebay store and they have not charged me and I have not gotten shipping info.

I called him and he said he would run my card through and I should see a charge that same day. That was Friday. I check my account today...nothing. No shipping info either.

I'm calling him tomorrow to see what is up. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.....I just want my lift!

 

Sad... I guess they dont want your business.

Cant you get a lift somewhere else?

 

I just didn't want to spend too much on it. I think the Fabtech 3 inch is over 800 alone. I guess I should look in craigslist or somethin. I bought from them before and everything was fine. Just didn't think it was gonna turn out this way.

 

look on dezertrangers.com there are a bunch of things for sale on there mostly in CA

 

Yea their customer service has gone down the crapper these past few years.
