and tyler, just do it! the wiring will be super easy for you! its us 06+ ppl that it sucks for because a lot of the wire colors changed haha. you'll be able to just follow a writeup and have no problems.

dont be sceeeerrrddd! its easy man, there are many good write ups and the project is easy and is a nice addition. i love mine. the wiring is really not bad, the hardest part is getting past the headliner part, and there replaceable. just take your time and and research and read about it and dont be affraid to ask questions!

 

no i was just saying about the black interior and what not, i think i recall a few other members that have done it in their black interiors. either way it looks awesome, i wish i had the black interior =/

 

yeah, I dont know where in NC he is but here today it was 102 when i called my buddy at 5:30

 

I got the LED's from Super Bright LEDs - Boat, RV and Other LED Bulbs I got the PCB 25 LED ones

You could solder them to the printed circuit, or solder them straight to the wires

 

Get with the times Ty! Everyones got an OHC now a days. I'm surprised you haven't installed one yet. And Dustin Interior and Exterior look good man, keep it up!

Lol don't worry Tyler, he Dustin was scared too...lol. That's why I let him cut the heasliner though so if I messed up, it wasn't on me...haha. I had to keep reassuring him it was ok...just giving u a had time Dustin!

I thought it went pretty well. The wiring was actually pretty easy. To me, cutting the headliner is probably the hardest part. Wiring is easy when u follow writeup. Just get u a big pack of butt connectors and splices and a good set of wire strippers and u are good to go.

This was my first OHC install. Probably won't do it to my truck though.

 

Yeah I kinda want one in mine for switch locations and more overhead lights in the cab
