any DSG trucks with a black hood?

Like to see what this looks like since i have to replace my hood.

I think it would look good since you already have a black/DSG theme. Of course you could also do black with DSG accents or DSG with black accents. Also maybe have the "4.0L SOHC" painted on the raised hood line (like the decals).

Please for the love of maple syrip, don't do an all black hood unless you can't paint it. If the grille was damaged, truck might look cool with a 06-07 sport grille, black, with the powerdome(raised portion) painted black as well.

Just some idears.

LOL...pretty sure it's a coil-sprung 98-00 truck with like a 2/3 possibly... How kickass would a DSG 01-03 edge be? Freakin' kickass!!

I agree all black will look like poo.

Just follow the lines of the hood and go down in the the grille shell. i would paint your headlights as well if you do the hood black.

Say, didn't Sea-Bass's old truck have black on the hood? I don't remember but I'm picturing it in my head. lol.

what kind of 'accident' was this??
you need to replace your hood and the bumper brackets, but not the grill OR the bumper.... that's very suspicious :P
