haha, actually, most of it was ruined, it was my friends furniture, two shelves and a metal cabinet got bent/cracked.
02_xlt I understand your concern, and thank you, but no worries, the only thing i'll be upset about, is if they dont write it off haha
I'm not sure if id be able to grab parts off it if they do write it off. If i can i'll grab what i can. the frame damage is minor, but i still hope its enough, if they say fix, i'm going to try and fight for it, and I talked it over with my dad, and he told me to fight for some compensation on the selling value after the accident if they fix it, cos it's going to be hard to get rid of...
but I'll letcha know what happens tuesday when I see the adjuster.

Shadow, when working with the adjuster, if it comes in that it is just enough to total it, but you want to keep it...you might ask if you can do some work yourself so that the cost of them fixing it brings it under that limit. I did that with an Eclipse. I didn't like the idea of buying it back and then having a salvaged title. I fixed it up just enough for the insurance to fix it the rest of the way.

I really want your emblems... haha They dont check for those on the truck anyway... Lights and stuff they do mark off When my 93 ranger was totaled last year the adjuster gave me money extra money cause It had brand new tires and a brand new cluch, New Headlights (only a day old) along with other things i couldnt remove... I wish I could have sold some of the stuff on it

Not really. Plate covers are illegal, especially the smoked ones as pictured. Apparently plate covers can skew or obscure a traffic light camera or toll way camera and are frowned upon by most road safety acts in Canada and the US.

haha clear covers are alright, but smoked ones as i have, blue ones, yellow ones, anything other then clear are not legal, but it is true, they do look better :P
so far the damage quote is at $8,000 and thats with no mechanical work and only minimal frame damage, oh and a salvageable bed. which is not the case. and retail value for a truck with my specs is 12-14k. needing a brand new bed will put it at least at 9-10k just give me $12,500 and we'll call it even.
