People burn just as much money on alcohol, smokes, food, video games, four wheelers, electronics, etc... as I do on my truck, I see no difference.

I dont plan on selling it, so you may say waste, but what else would i be doing? Sitting around playing video games and eating? I think I would rather be outside working on the truck, learning new skills, designing suspensions, racking my brain on why that bend didnt work out, burning my hands, and actually being productive!

I would make her drive so I don't have to listen to her, but I'm not willing to put my life in that much jeopardy right now.

I see people spend so much money to sit around and smoke and drink all the time, doing nothing but watching TV and playing games.
I would love to be able to do what Zach is doing, but money doesn't really allow for it right now.
Pretty much my dream is to to travel a lot, and have a shop to work on projects like that in my free time.

Any given time I am driving... these are the words that are coming out of my girlfriend's mouth... "You're driving too fast!" "You're driving too slow!" "Use your blinker! No, you never use your blinker. Do not!" "Why don't you park closer?" "Will you just roll up your window and turn on the AC!?"
I would make her drive so I don't have to listen to her, but I'm not willing to put my life in that much jeopardy right now.

Plus I think you are just jealous of his truck and fab skills, lol.

Agreed. I think I would just kick those girls out. I've dated girls like that before and they are SO not worth it.

Yeah I've had friends that date girls like that and they annoy me and I'm not even dating them!

I'm just saying, a 42 is a lot of tire, and with the amount of power he's gonna be making i would personally bump the axles up.. but since he doesn't have any rocks to play on it probably wont be an issue.

Now that looks like fun my friend! Every now and then I wish that I would have just hacked my whole frame off when I did the rear of my truck. Can't wait to see the progress!
Oh, and you confused me... are you doing a three link, four link, or three link with a track bar? There was one post where you described a three link then called it a four.... I'm lost... lol

I confuse myself on it, but I'd call it a wishbone or Y link top, some call it a 3 link with no track bar(panhard).
I am working on getting all the steel in the next few days, going to weld on a bulkhead to the back of the frame where my tube will all start and the links. I cant decide if I want a 1/4" or a 3/16" wall (8x3) tube.
What do you all think? 1/4" wall or 3/16" wall
