Cool man! I have been looking into those a lot lately, but I keep hearing that they take a buttload of weight to balance and ride horrible on the highway after a couple ten thousand miles. I keep reading more reviews from people that say they sold them after 10-20k miles because they became unbearable...? I don't know I still like them and want to try them next...
How do you like them so far? Take much weight to balance?

Looks great on the truck, but if you get/got KM2's good luck with them though . Everyone around here hates them, buddy who works at a shop that installs them have had people coming back with entire lugs coming off or them being worn out with just a few thousand Km's.

Edit - Should have been more clear on my statement.

fact is.. they do not ride as smooth as the KM2's but I have only put about 20miles on them. as for balancing they didnt need an abnormal amount of weights.

my truck is just a toy to me so I bought the tires that had the highest grip ratings not comfort and wear otherwise I would have gone with km2's.

SO FAR my opinion is if you do a lot of street/highway driving buy KM2's

Don't get me wrong, I still have some complaints about the KM2, no tire is perfect. But after more than 20k miles, I was driving on the freeway today with the cruise set at 75mph and it was smooth as butter, there is 60-70% tread left and they still work well in rain/mud/snow etc.
Really my only complaint with the KM2s is the sidewall seems weaker than some other tires, and doesn't have the "rim protector" that most tires normally do, covering the edge of the wheel a little.

If I were using the truck off road more (not much to do around here) and I was airing down and playing around rocks, I probably wouldn't get the KM2s again.

I'm interested to hear from more people after some miles on the new MT/Rs though. I have read that they are awesome in rocks, but not so great in mud in the Pacific NW. They do look good though!

exactly what I have read/heard too.. luckily I dont go out of my way to play in mud lol. They both seem to be nice tires but each of them have there ups and downs. I cant wait until i get them dirty

if i were to get another ranger, yours would be the package i got. looks real sharp. NOW LIFT IT!! hah.

also may i make a few suggestions. as far as the obvious other biggers mods ie. lift, bumpers, skids, etc. etc. i think you should definitely start out with some HID's in the heads and fogs. maybe some nice tint on the darker side, some rain gaurds, and definitely BHLM and tint your tails.

again, thats a real sharp truck! i love it.

i posted some pics of mine a day or so ago after i lined my rear bumper. let me know what you think..

haha, first thing i did with my truck was rip off the rain guards.. vision-x 4''x4'' HID's are going in place of the stock fogs and headlight HID's If I can find some lower than 4100k (I hate white/blueish light) and no thanks for tinted tails lol

since I dont have the finances for the DBR kit anytime soon i'll probably do the coilover conversion to level me out and call her done for now.

Goodyears in general are a b!tch. I balance them all the time, I have to spend a lot of time adjusting the weights around on a Hunter balancer. Most of our in-warranty tire claims are Goodyears and it's not because we sell a lot of them. If that were true I'd see Michelin tires come back all day.

update: I've put on a few hundred klms now and they have already gotten just as smooth as the km2's! also went in some dirt and the grip is unreal. So far an awesome tire.
