Traded the cap back
Traded the cap for my hard cover back. The guy at least got around to painting, but at least the black goes good. I really missed having a tonneau, the cap just wasnt working out.

I liked the cap better, but whatever works better for you is what matters.

Yeah, I liked the cap better myself, but that's just personal preference.

Ummm... the cap was wack!! In the end the wife always does get what she wants!!! hahaha! Looks so much better!

I don't know what it looked like with the cap but usually a tonneau is better so good work!! hehe

nice truck man. how come i never see it around Auburn at all?

its kind hard to miss my truck


I'm an assistant manger at the VIP in Lewiston (Lisbon St) and live near the dairy queen/pizza hut in Auburn

Looks much better, I had the same ARE cover on my sport trac!

I like the functionality of a cap, but I don't think they look very good on sport tracs. Actually there are a few (very few) that do look good on them. But the bed is just so small...

and thank god you got the lid back, I love mine on the 98 that i have to get painted for the 07 before i sell the 98.

It was easy to tell it was you though when i pulled over on 71 last spring when you were on the side of the road, who else has a dark green sport trac with a white cap.

haha i know right? but somehow i manage to miss it. and you even live less than a mile from me. clearly I'm not very observant.haha

it was worse when my plate lights were out at the same time

but yeah, its been that way and I havent been pulled over yet
