i still have to clear coat the tails. I already clear coated the 3rd Brake light. The tails have 3-4 coats of nite shade. The 3rd brake light went really dark quick but it still shines through good.

The owner of the GMC could have very well complained that he didnt see your brake lights come on b/c of the nightshades and then the cops could have fined you for that also.... i know thats what i would of said if i were in the GMC

I was thinking the same thing. I get nervous with mine during the day cause they are real dark. Im ready for my 06 tails so i can do it over...only a little lighter. That sucks about your truck man and im sorry to hear it.

 

i was thinking the same thing, but the truth of it was, he was on the cell phone and not paying attention. Also my lights aren't that dark.

 

Yeah they aren't bad at all, I highly doubt they would have been successful trying to use that against him.

 

i agree they are not that dark and the truth doesn't matter when it comes down to this only time that matters if both People are going to tell the truth.
