Good that you made it out ok. Sometimes you can stress your back/neck during these wild movements. If your forearm is sore, it may not be from holding the steering wheel, you may have stressed the nerves coming out of your spine - took me a year to find that out!
I also hate the OEM Goodyear RT/S tires on wet roads. Glad that my '11 has stability control! Will be getting winter tires in a couple of months and the Goodyears will at most stay on for one more summer...

I think Rangers are kind of dangerous in turns in the rain. I wouldnt let some people drive mine in the rain that s for sure I ve almost lost it a couple times once towing a popup camper. Im hoping BFGs help it some I dont really care for Wranglers in it. Glad you and the truck made it though.

When My mom had her 01 back when it was new... It was terrible in the rain and worse in the snow... With the RT/S..My dad called it "The Weapon".. My 89 5.0L mustang coupe (the most lightweight version) was 1000x better in snow and rain.
