Totaled!! :(

For once eveything was going right. My little brother finally started to straighten his life out, getting things in order, and then BAM pwned!

I got a call this morning at 6 am from my mom saying he had a wreck on the interstate and was going to hospital. He didn't really need to got to the hospital, small cut and bruising, but his 2 month old car sure needs some love.

Apparently he dozed off, went off on the shoulder, over corrected, flopped it, unflopped it, and then hit the guardrail on the other side almost going in the lake.

The state trooper that showed up at the hospital was a total dick, straight up ego freak. That pos basically called my brother a liar about the whole flopping thing, I think it's pretty evident by the damage in the pics that it flopped. Then went on with questions belittling him the whole way.

I had to tell that son of a ***** that I didn't appreciate his attitude and that if he didn't have anything better to say then he could get the **** out.

I follow him out and he has left his car running under a canopy that clearly states "Do not leave your car running under the canopy". Hypocritical douchebags!!

There's my cop rant, I don't know I just feel really bad for my brother. Yeah, it was his fault but I wish that the "serve and protect" didn't come with big side of *******. FTP

holy damn

glad he's alright

from my experience with the po-po's.....the younger they are, the more ignorant and egotistical they are.
this guys sounds like a real D-bag if he couldn't tell this car flopped.

That sounds like what happened to my cousin. He flipped his FJ after someone ran him off the road and then they all went to the hospital since his friend was bleeding pretty bad. When he got back to meet the cops for the accident report they immediatly placed him under arrest for 'leaving a crime scene' and took him down to the jail and threw him in with the general population. Total BS

Nobody said the obligatory "that'll buff right out" comment yet? lol

That sucks, but I'm glad he is okay and that he didn't take anyone else out. Hopefully he will learn from it. We are all guilty of driving while being too tired, but sometimes you just have to pull over.

Glad hes all good physically hopfully it doesnt F him up emotionally! I dont Understand what cops deals are somtimes. I Got pulled over not that long ago I was clearly speeding and I knew I was so i kept going till I could pull over far enough so he could flip on his lights and pull me over. I was doin 65 in a 45 and he slapped me on the wrist (literally actually) and said not to do it again. I would guess he was in his late forties. Then the Wife got pulled over the other nitght whiel I was in the car and a cop started almost screaming at her because he one headlight wasnt adjusted vary well and halfway blinded him. This is on of the very few times I will talk back to a cop but when she started crying I stepped out of the car and stayed on the passanger side with my hands on the roof and tore into him hard. I could have intimidated a USMC DI at that time. His partner came out and asked what the problem was and I told him fairly calmly that his partner was being an *** hat to my wife and made her cry. His partner sided with me when he looked in and seen her in tears and told him to get back in the car. The cop I lashed out on was my age maybe younger and the other cop was again his mid to late forties. Its like young cops are just useless. I swear half the time they just pick people who have like shortman syndrome or they were people who got picked on in HS just so they have a chip on their shoulder. Sorry about the thread jack I just needed a little vent too lol. Somtimes tho cops can be such *** hats!

wow! glad he is allright.

As far as the cops when you talked back too them for being asses I'm surprised they didn't get in a tiff and decide to arrest you for disorderly conduct or inhibiting a police investigation, etc. I've heard of a few around here that do that when met with the slightest bit of resistance or disapproval towards them when all your trying to do is talk. Its sad really :/

Of course not all cops are like that

seed, i'm guessing you and your brother are under 25?
i ask this, because if a cop see's someone who's flipped their car and the road conditions aren't adverse, the first thing that comes to their mind is: "kids been speeding, or racing" or "someone was drinking and crashed their car"
so, it doesn't surprise me if the cop was a dick. I know it's wrong to assume, but if i see or hear about a young man or woman, having an accident where the car flips over, I'LL think "great.. some idiot was racing, speeding, texting, drinking, etc..."

Yeah, he's got insurance. But he hasn't his license long so they'll probably drop him and I can't imagine what his rates are gonna be now.

He's under 25. I understand the stereotype but it still doesn't give that cop the right to be an ***.

All he did was confirm the stereotype that cops are self-centered dicks.

Yeah, he didn't seem to pleased about me speaking my mind. They never do like what I have to say to them. Most of it's not pleasant, but what do they expect when they act like that.

I would like to think that all cops aren't like that. But it seems more and more that they're letting that badge get to their heads, and not in a good way.

I had to give him props on that. I jokingly asked him how he got it back on all 4s without any steering, the rack and tre's were busted all to hell. He said "Skills". lol

More like luck and gravity.
